You probably know the “Ticket to Work” program. This is a program by the federal government that is intended of providing people who beneficiaries from the Social Security. Under Ticket to work program, the SSA or the Social Security Administration will provide tickets to qualified and eligible individuals. These qualified people will then choose assigned of those tickets to any Employment Network or EN so that they can obtain the needed vocational rehabilitation services, any employment services or other related support services. EN are government agencies or private organizations that agree to do work with the SSA in providing employment services and other support services to the beneficiaries having disabilities as well as state vocational rehabilitation agencies. They are the one that accepts the “ticket”. If the ENs accepts the tickets, they will notify the persons, make coordination and then give the suitable services that assist the beneficiary with disabilities to find, attain and maintain employment.

The federal government has come up with this “ticket to work” program that will help disabled people to find the right job for them as well as other vocational rehabilitation and related services that will lead to the vocational and related development of these people.
